Ms. Vindhya Gupta

Vindhya Gupta has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and has completed her LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights. She is NET qualified and is currently pursuing a doctorate in philosophy from Symbiosis International University in the area of Green Technology Transfer. Her areas of interest are Intellectual Property and Environmental Law. She has also taught Company Law, Competition Law, and Legal and Constitutional History in the course of her career at ILS.
