Law of Civil Procedure for Civil Trials and Appeals
Indian Law Society, Pune launches a unique Certificate Programme for Professional Excellence on subjects of core practical importance for lawyers. The programme covers essentials of theory and practice of civil procedure relevant for entire ‘life of a civil suit’ – from institution to execution – in one certificate programme of 20 sessions. Each 2 hour evening session is designed by legal experts with ILS to provide an effective blend of procedural law aspects for professionals in diverse types of suit proceedings in civil courts for current application. The programme includes major changes in civil procedure under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, to give attendees a framework of its strategic & procedural impact on civil proceedings for lawyers including corporate entities.
