Ladies’ Hostel Admission : A.Y. 2023-24


The admission to ILS Ladies’ Hostel shall start from 04/08/2023. Only the student who has completed the admission to ILS Law College will be eligible for seeking admission to ILS Ladies’ Hostel.

 Procedure for Ladies’ Hostel admission :

The student shall fill an Online application form for admission to Ladies’ Hostel from the student dashboard. https://admission.ilslaw.in/admission/

After the submission of the form, a PDF copy of the filled form will be generated, alongwith the Undertaking. The student shall take a print out of the same, sign the undertaking and submit the scanned copy to the office. (In case the student is not able to submit the copy physically, the scan of the signed form shall be mailed to the following email :  [email protected])

Once the form is approved, the student shall pay the requisite fees online. After the payment of the fees a receipt and gate pass with the allocated room number will be generated.

The student shall take a print out of the same, get it verified from the rector. After verification and production of the gate pass, the student will get the possession of allocated room.

Capacity  :  ILS Ladies’ Hostel (Old) – 10 seats and  ILS Ladies’ Hostel (New) – 80 seats

Facilities: Requisite furniture and fixtures, hot water facilities, drinking water, washing machine, wireless internet connection, study room, sick room, Parking space for vehicles, TV and newspaper room.

Fees for Academic year 2023-24:

Fees for Old Ladies’ Hostel : 2 seater and 3 seater rooms with common toilet and bathroom will be Rs. 1,85,000/ for One Academic Year + Rs. 1000/-  Caution Money to be paid during first year admission

Fees for New Ladies Hostel : 2 Seater Rooms with attached Toilet & Bathroom will be Rs. 2,35,000/-  for One Academic Year  + Rs. 1000/- Caution Money to be paid during first year admission

Note: The above fees are inclusive of meals (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner).

Mode of Payment of Fees: Full fees for the academic year and caution money must be paid  online (Net Banking  or NEFT) after the online application form is approved. Debit Cards will Not be Accepted. Charges may be revised before admission every year.

Installment facility: Payment of Hostel fees in Installment may be allowed at the discretion of the Chief Rector. The students who wish to avail this facility, shall submit a request application to Ms Aparna Tatke ([email protected]). After request is approved, the student shall pay fees as per the sanctioned installments.

Refund on Cancellation of Hostel Admission :Hostel admission may be canceled after filling the cancellation form online and will be subject to following deductions.

  1. Within 8 days of admission : Fees will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total fees
  2. Within 15 days of admission : Fees will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total fees
  3. Within 20 days of admission : Fees will be refunded after deducting 25% of the total fees
  4. No refund after 20 days of admission

Note: Granting Admission to the ILS Ladies’ Hostel is the discretion of the Chief Rector and may reject the application for admission. The decision of such rejection shall be final and binding.
